Padi Hospitality’s relationship with you is built on trust and accountability, so we would like to earn yours. To ensure that we will have a successful engagement, we abide to the following process:

INITIAL DISCUSSION
To allow us to understand your business, we will discuss the nature of the issues, objectives of the engagement, the expected results, and our proposed involvement. The conversation will remain confidential.

PROPOSAL
If we feel that we can help you achieve success through an engagement, we will draft a letter agreement comprising the following, but not limited to:

• Situation and objectives of the Assignment

• Scope of Work, including areas to be covered

• Approach, or general methods of accomplishing the work

• Time Schedule of Work

• Budget and Professional Fees

ENGAGEMENT
Using Letter Agreement as the base, we will produce an action plan to outline the steps to implement our engagement, which may include site visit(s), process analysis with your employees, and opportunity analysis.

IDEAL RELATIONSHIP
During the course of the engagement, we will maintain open communication by providing a progress report to you. We will expect you to facilitate our reasonable requests. This will allow us to complete our assignment in a timely manner.
